Accessing Surveillance Cameras from Home

To connect to surveillance cameras you must request access from ETC by submitting a ticket. Once you have been granted access and are remote :

1. Click the world icon in the system tray
2. Click Connect
3. If this is your first time connecting, look for a window hiding behind the login window and make sure it is set to "0Staff". This will be remembered for next time.
4. Log in through Duo Security and the window will minimize to the system tray when done.
5. Start Milestone XProtect Smart Client as usual
6. When done, click the world icon again and click Disconnect.
